eSIM for a Balkans trip: which plan covers which country
JetSimly · 2026-10-11
JetSimly's Balkans plan covers seven countries: Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Croatia, Albania, Greece and North Macedonia. Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo aren't in it; each has its own single-country plan.
Why it matters
Many Balkan itineraries include Sarajevo and Mostar, and a lot of them add Prizren. "Balkans" in a plan's name doesn't mean those cities are covered. Match your route against the table below before you buy.
Coverage, country by country
| Country | Balkans plan | Europe (33 countries) plan | Single-country plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Serbia | Yes | No | Available |
| Montenegro | Yes | No | Available |

Turkey isn't in either plan.
By route
- No Bosnia or Kosovo on the route: the Balkans plan is enough.
- Sarajevo, Mostar or Prizren on the route: add a Bosnia and Herzegovina plan and a Kosovo plan next to the Balkans plan. Two eSIMs can sit on one phone; you choose in Settings which one carries data.
- Slovenia or Romania on the route: neither is in the Balkans plan, both are in the Europe (33 countries) plan.
- One country only: that country's own plan.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo plans
The Bosnia and Herzegovina plan uses the BH Mobile network; the daily plan gives 2 GB a day at full speed, then 1 Mbps. The Kosovo plan gives 1 GB a day at full speed, then 1 Mbps. The allowance resets every night at midnight. Details are on the product pages.
The list can change
The countries a plan covers change now and then on the network side. This table is accurate as of 11 October 2026; check the "Covered countries" list on the product page again before you travel.
