JetSimly provides global eSIM data connectivity profiles. Our services are subject to the coverage and capabilities of our local telecommunication partners worldwide. Network availability is not guaranteed in all geographical areas.
Unlimited plans include a daily full-speed allowance. When that allowance is used up your connection is not cut — it continues at 1 Mbps for the rest of that day, which is enough for maps, messaging and calls. The full-speed allowance resets every day at midnight, destination local time. The daily allowance for each plan is shown on the plan page and in your order email.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible before purchasing. JetSimly is not liable for service failures due to locked devices or incompatible hardware.
A JetSimly eSIM can be refunded in full as long as it has not been installed on a device. Installation issues the profile to that specific device and it cannot be reissued, so an installed eSIM is treated as used and is not refundable — whether or not data has been consumed. Refund requests must reach us within 14 days of purchase. Where the failure is on our side — a profile that cannot be installed, or a network fault attributable to us — we refund regardless of installation status. The full text is on our Refund Policy page.
