General

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card built directly into your phone. Instead of inserting a physical card, you simply scan a QR code to activate your data plan instantly — no waiting, no post office queues.
Most iPhones from the XR/XS (2018) onwards and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer support eSIM. You can check your device on our Compatible Devices page, or go to Settings → General → About and look for an "EID" number on your phone.
Yes. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked to use a third-party eSIM. If you bought your phone directly from Apple, Samsung, or Google's website, it is almost certainly unlocked. If you bought it through a carrier on a contract, contact your carrier to request an unlock before purchasing.
Yes! eSIM works alongside your physical SIM. You can keep receiving calls on your local number while using JetSimly for data abroad. Simply set JetSimly as your default data line in your phone settings.

Each plan has a validity period (e.g. 7, 15, or 30 days) that starts when you first connect to the network in your destination country — not when you purchase. Unused data within the plan period is not refunded.
Yes, hotspot and tethering are supported on all JetSimly plans. You can share your connection with other devices from your phone's settings.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no activation fees, no contract lock-ins, and no roaming surprises.

Activation & Setup

After purchase, you will receive an email with a QR code and an installation link. Simply tap the link or scan the QR code with your phone camera and follow the on-screen steps. The process takes under 2 minutes.

iPhone

  1. Open the email and tap the installation link
  2. Tap "Allow" when prompted
  3. Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
  4. Follow the on-screen steps
  5. Set JetSimly as your data line

Android

  1. Open the email and tap the installation link
  2. Go to Settings → Network → SIM Manager
  3. Tap "Add eSIM" or "Download a SIM"
  4. Follow the on-screen steps

You can install the eSIM before you travel — while you still have Wi-Fi. The data plan only starts counting when you first connect to the mobile network at your destination. We recommend installing it at home before your trip.
No. Each eSIM is linked to a single device and can only be installed once. If you want to use JetSimly on multiple devices, you need to purchase a separate plan for each.
A factory reset will delete the eSIM from your device. If this happens, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you based on your remaining plan balance.

Refunds & Support

If the eSIM has not been installed or activated, you are eligible for a full refund. Once the eSIM is installed and connected to a network, it cannot be refunded as it has been consumed. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.
You can purchase a new plan at any time from our website and install it on the same device. Most modern phones support multiple eSIM profiles, so adding a top-up is quick and easy.
