eSIM for Bali: which plan suits you?
JetSimly · 2026-10-23
In Bali a JetSimly eSIM uses the Telkomsel, XL and Indosat networks in Indonesia (4G/5G). All plans can be topped up.
Plans
- Fixed-data: 1 GB / 7 days, 3 GB / 30 days, 5 GB / 30 days, 10 GB / 30 days, 20 GB / 30 days and 50 GB / 30 days.
- Daily: 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days. You get 3 GB a day at full speed; after that the speed drops to 1 Mbps, and the allowance resets about every 24 hours; the exact time can vary.
How to choose
First find out how much data you use in a day; the cellular data counter in your settings shows it. If you stay under 3 GB, a fixed-data plan is enough. If you use maps, video and hotspot often, a daily plan is more comfortable; a 7-day plan gives 21 GB in total at full speed. Hotspot is on every plan and no ID is needed. The plan starts when you first connect to a network in Indonesia, so you can install the eSIM before you travel.
The plan covers all of Indonesia, not only Bali; if you move on to Lombok or Java you don't need a new plan. Coverage can vary by area. If you continue from Bali to other countries such as Thailand, Singapore or Vietnam, the Asia (12 countries) plan also includes Indonesia. All plans: Indonesia eSIM.
